In this section, we will demonstrate how to use the Spline Movement Transformer to convert CAD data into interactive objects that can be moved along a defined line.
Whenever you want to create objects that need to be moved along a fixed direction or line—such as drawers or objects following predefined paths—you can use the Spline Movement Transformer.
Using the Tasklist Editor, you can configure the Spline Movement Transformer to allow the object to be either pushed or pulled. Additionally, it is possible to pre-place a drawer that then needs to be pushed into position. Another option is to have a drawer moved along a spline and then removed once it reaches the endpoint.
